1 <br />1 <br />The proposed highway to servo U,S. Highway +12-fron, -its intersection <br />with U.S. Highuays J-12 and in Sec. 36, T7N, R9E, westward and <br />northward to its intersection_ vlrith U.S. Highway #12 in Sec. 2, <br />TIN, RBE. <br />The proposed relocation of State Trunk Highway 7 113 from the south- <br />east corner of the villa"e limits oP.Wa-anakee southeasterly to the <br />north limits-of the City of P- _adison. <br />(2) Class "B" 'highways: All highways in Dano County not othorTvise marked <br />or classified,, except streets loss than sixty -six (66) foot wide plattod in <br />subdivisions recorded previous to the passat °c of this ordinance; are hereby <br />designatod ns Class "B" highways. Per all Class "B" highways, setback lines <br />located parallel to and distant scvonty -five (75) foot from the cantor line of <br />the highvray are hereby established. <br />In no case shall the setback linos in Class "11" or Class "B" hiChveyas be lo- <br />cated loss than forty -two (112) feet frorz the hi• hvay right of way lino. <br />Where the location of two or more hiclnrays ' of differont , classifications are <br />coincidental, the greater setback shall apply. <br />SECTION X - NONE- CONFO:RMING USES: <br />The lawful use'of any building; or promises existing at the time of the adoption " <br />of this ordinanc©, althouCh such use does not conform to the provisions horeof, <br />nay be continued, but if such non- conformdng use is discontnuod, any future use <br />of the said building or ?_roniscs shall be in conformity with the provisions of <br />this ordinance. <br />The non - conforming use of a. building or prerisos may be changed to another <br />non - conforming use of the sane or a higher classification. Whenever a non - <br />conforminC use of a building or promises has been changed to .a more restricted <br />use; such use shall not thereafter be changed to a loss rostrictod-usc., <br />Whenever district boundaries or regulations shall hereafter be changed, any <br />then existing non- coneorzLing use in such .be- continued or <br />changed to aause perrattod in the sane district as that in which the existing use <br />is permitted, provided that all other regulations govering the new use are com- <br />plied with.. <br />Irnodiately after the passage and plublication of this ordinance, the County <br />Board of Supervisors shall cause to be nano a record of all non- conforning uses <br />in accordance with subsection seven (7)*of Section 59.97 of the Wisconsin <br />statutes as arlendod by the laws of 1935. <br />SECTION XI - 001,1PLETION AND RESTORI!TION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS <br />Nothing herein contained shall require any change in the plans, construction <br />or - intended use of a building for which plans have boon prepared heretofore and <br />the construction of which shall have boon diligently prosecuted within one (1) <br />month after the date of passage of this ordinanco, and the ground story framework <br />of vrhich, including the second tier of beams, shall have beer__ completed within <br />six (6) months after the date of passago'.of this ordinance. <br />Nothing heroin contained shall prevent the restoration of a building destroyed <br />by fire, explosion, act of God or act of the public.onemy subsequent to the <br />passago. of this ordinance; except that a non-conforming use so destroyed, to the <br />extent of fifty (500) percent or more of its assossaC. valuation; according to the <br />assessment for the fiscal year in which such destruction occurs, shall, from and <br />after the date of such destruction, conform to all of the regulations of the <br />district in which it is located. <br />SECTION XII - BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS <br />In unsubdivic'ed property, unless otherwise indicated on the nap, the district <br />boundary lines are the center lines of stroets, highways, railroads, section lines <br />or quarter section lines or such lines extended.. Micro district boundary lines <br />are indicated as adjacent and parallel or approxL-ately parallel to street, high-. - <br />way or railroad.lines, such district boundary lines shall be assumed to be not, <br />less than three hundred (300) feet fro-i the nearest rir-ht -of -way line measured <br />at right" angles to such right -of -way line. <br />Whore uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various districts <br />shown on the iaap .a�ccor panyinr, mad'nadc a part of this ordinance, such boundaries <br />shall be deterninod by the use of the scale contained on such nap. <br />-6- <br />
