The board of adjustment shall have the following pourers: a. To hoar-'and decide appeals. where it is alloCed there is an error in any order, requirement, decision or dotormination.n aM by do administrative official. b. To hear and decide special exomptions to the terms of this ordinance. c. Where there are practical difficulties or unn6 coosary hardships in the way of carrying out the strict lotto.r of this'ordinanco, the board of adjustment shall have the power, in passing upoi.appoals, to authorize such variance from the terms of this ordinanco:as will not be contrary to the public interest and so that the intent of the ordianco shall be observed and substantial justice done, provided, however, that no such variance shall have the effect•of allowing, in any district, uses prohibited in that district. d. Grant a permit for a temporary building for commerce or industry in a district which is incidental to the residential devolopomott but no such permit shall be grantodd for,. a period of more than one l); •year. e. Grant a permit for the oroction and use of a building or premises in any loca- tion to a public service corporation or for a public utility purpo`so ; , which the board finds reasonable necessary for the public convenience, safety or welfare. f. To grant a permit for the location of an otherwise hazardous or noxious or offensive use in t he'Industrial District when, in the opinion•of the Board, the hazards attendant on such use are removed by reason of'its proposed location. SECTION XV - CEANGES AND ANADME;NTS The County Board of Supervisors of Danc County, Wisconsin, may, from time to time, alter, supplement or change tic boundaries and regulations contained in this ordinanco.in,the ma_nnor provided by law. . SECTION XVI VIOLIiTION AND PENALTY The provisions of this ordinance shall bo'enforced,by or under the direction of the county' board of supervisors. Any.porson, firm, association or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, noglocta or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcotent of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon, conviction thereof, be subject to aVine of r_ot loss than ten ($1000) dollars, nor more than -two hundred ($200.00) dollars., together with the costs of the action, or by imprisonmont' in the county jail of Dano County for a term of not more than thirty (30) days'and every day of violation shall cgnstituto a separate offense. Compliance therewith may also be enforced by injuctional order at the suit of the county or the owner or owners of real estate within the district affected by the regulation of this ordinance. SECTION XVII - SAVING CLAUSE The several terms and provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed severable, and,if any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is.held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance and the application of such provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby. SECTION XVIII - REPEAL OF-CONFLICTING ORDINANCES All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the terms of this ordinance aro,horeby repealed. SECTION XIX - EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance shall.becomo effective immcdiatoly on publication.
