Tourist Camp: Any tract or parcel of land upon which two (2) or more camp cottages are' located or whore temporary accornodations arc provided for two (2.) . or more automobile trailers, tents or house cars, open to tho public . either free or for a fee. Lot: A parcel of lend which is or may be occupied by a building and its accessory buildings.or uses customarily incidental thcreto', together with such yards or open spaces'as may be, required by this ordinance. Yard, Side: An open unoccupied space extending from the front 'let line to the roar lot line. SECTION II - DISTRICTS For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety and general wolfaro, the ,County of Dane, outside the limits of izncorperated villages and cities, is hereby divided into six (6) Districts known as: Rosidongo District "A" Rosidonco District "B" Agricultural District Coramorcial District Service District Industrial District The boundaries of the aforesaid six (6) districts are shown upon the map of Dane County, attached horcto, being dosiginatod as the "Zoning Map of Dane County, Wisconsin, dated 193 , and made a part of this ordinance. All notations, references nnci other things shoyvr. upon the said "Zoning Map" shall be as much'a part of this ordinance as if the matter and things sot forth by the said map wero fully described horoin. No building, structure or premises shall be oreatod, structurally altered or used for a purpose other than is pormittod by this ordinance iii the District in which such building, structuro or promises is located. No lot area1,shall be so reduced or dimishcd that yards or othor open spaces shall bo smaller tliar_ may be prescribed by this ordinance nor shall the density of population bo- increased in any manr_er except in conformity to the regulations herein established. No building or structure shall hereafter be erectod or structurally altered adjacent to any lake or stream unless it be so situated that the basement floor shall' be above the high wator mark. No building or structure located within one mile of the boundaries of any airport, emorgoncy landing field or landing basin shall hereafter be erected or structurally altored to a height which is greater than ono -eigth (1/8) of the distance botween k y boundary lino of such airpor-L", emergency landing field or lcuidi ng• basin and the nearest part of such building and structuro; .provided, further, that no overhead power, tolophone or tolegraph'linos shall be croeted within one -half (2) mile of any boundary of any airport, emorgoncy landing field or- landing basin. SECTION III - RESIDENCE DISTRICT "A" REGIUITIOITS Use In the Residence District "All no building or premises shall be used and no building shall hereafter be erocted or structurally altorod,. unless otherwise provided in this ordinance, except for one or more of the following spocifiod uses: 1; Accessory Buildings 2, Cometerios 3.
