Agricultural District Section 10.12 <br /> (f) Airports, landing fields or landing strips, together with hangars and necessary buildings <br /> and equipment_ <br /> (g) Penal and correctional institutions, contat ious hospitals and insane asylums. <br /> (h) Slaughter houses, pea vipers and touristsand trailer camps; provided that the zoning <br /> committee, after public hearing, shall determine that the proposed site is suitable for such use. <br /> (i) Radio and television stations, radio and televisi,n transmission towers and microwave <br /> relay towers, together with accessory buildings, studios, etc., provided that the size of the <br /> parcel of land and the location of the tower is such as to insute that a tower will not fall on the <br /> property of adjacent owners or across a public highway. <br /> (j) Signs to advertise the sale of agricultural products produced on the premises; signs to <br /> advertise any other permitted use; signs giving the name of the farm or farm owner; directory <br /> signs. <br /> (k) Dumping grounds, subject to the provisions of Section 60.72 of the statutes. <br /> (2) Building sleight Limit: <br /> (a) For residential uses the puilding height shall be the same as for the R-4 Residence <br /> District. <br /> (b) For all other buildings the maximum building height shall be sixty-five (65) feet. <br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations: <br /> (a) For agricultural uses the area shall be not less than five (5)acres and the minimum width <br /> shall be two hundred fifty (250) feet, the width to be measured at the location of accessory farm <br /> buildings. <br /> (b) For residential buildings the minimum lot width and area shall be the same as for the <br /> PH-1 P•.ural Homes District; provided that for parcels one acre or more in size no percolation <br /> test shall be necessary. <br /> (c) For other permitted uses, nominimum width or area except for those uses for which <br /> special setback and side yards have been established. <br /> (4) Setback Requirements: <br /> (a) No building, including barns and other farm buildings of any description whatsoever, <br /> shall hereafter he erected, moved or structurally altered so as to be nearer the highway than is <br /> prescribed by Secti on 10.17. <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) Lots or parcels for residential purposes shall provide side yards in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the P-4 Residence pistrict. <br /> I <br /> 83 <br />
