Section 10.12 A-1 Agricultural District <br /> Section 10.13 C-1 Commercial & Light Manufacturing <br /> District <br /> • <br /> (b) '3arns, feeding or loafing sheds, hog houses, mink pens, dog kennels, be hives and the <br /> like shall be located no closer than one hundred (100) feet to the property line of adjacent <br /> properties,if such adjacent properties:are located in a residential district. <br /> 7 _ <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) Lots or parcels for residential prposes shall provide rear yards in accordance with the <br /> prov isions of section 10.06 (6) for the R Residence District. <br /> (7) Off-street Parking: <br /> (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> 10.18. <br /> 10.13 C-1 COMMERCIAL a LIGHT MANUFACTURING DIiTRICT <br /> (1) Uses Permitted: <br /> (a) All uses permitted rr` the 1-1 Local riusiness District. <br /> (b) Wholesale business, including warehouses having a ground floor area not in excess of <br /> twenty thousand (20,000) square feet, but not including junk yards of the sale or storage of <br /> salvage material. <br /> (c) Bakeries, printing plants, laundries, cleaning and dying plants, mechanical repair shops, <br /> including garages having a capacity of not more than ten (10) cars for repair, bottling plants, <br /> experimental and manufacturing laboratories and the like. <br /> (d) Woodworking plants, plants for the fabrication of sheet metal products, welding shops and <br /> the like employing not more than seven (7) persons in production. <br /> (e) Any processing or treatment clearl., incidental to the conduct of a permitted business or <br /> use. <br /> (f) Amusement places, including roller skating rinks and shooting galleries; provided, how- <br /> ever, that for roller skutini rinks, shooting galleries, to-curt driving courses, kiddie rides and - <br /> similar amusement concessions, the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall determine that <br /> the proposed site is suitable for such use. <br /> (g) S laughter houses, when the site has been approved by the state board of health, ad when <br /> the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall have determined that the site is suitable for <br /> such use. <br /> (h) Uses permitted in section 10.12 (1Xc) and (d), A-1 Agricultural District, subject to any <br /> special conditions and requirements imposed therein. <br /> 84 <br /> • <br />
