C-1 Commercial & Light Manufacturing District Section 1013 <br /> C-2 Commercial and Light ManufacturingDistrict Section 10.14 <br /> (i) Tourist and trailer camps, motels,'mobile homes parks, service stations, taverns and the <br /> drive-in type of root beer and eating stands, provided that the zoning committee, after publi c <br /> hearing, shall determine that the pr posed site is suitable for the intended use. <br /> (j) Advertising signs and billboards. <br /> (k) Dog kennels, for the breeding, raising and boarding of dogs, veterinary hospitals, apiaries, <br /> subject to the provisions of Section 10.12 (5)(b). <br /> (1) Outdoor theaters and automobile race trakks, provided that the zoning committee, after <br /> public hearing, shall re. ort to the county board with its recommendations, and the county board <br /> shall determine that the proposed site is suitable for such use. <br /> (2) Building Height Limit: <br /> (a) Residential buildings, or buildings combining residential and business uses, shall con- <br /> form to the height limits of the 13-1 Local Business District. <br /> (b) For all other buildings the maximum height shall be fifty (50) feet. <br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations: <br /> (a) Area, frontage and per cent of occupancy regulations shall be the same as for the B-1 <br /> ocal Business District. <br /> (4) Setback Regulations: <br /> • <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the provisions of <br /> Section 10.17. <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) Side yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business District <br /> (6) tear Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) Rear yard requirements shall he the same as for the B-1 Local Business District. <br /> (7) Off-street Parking: <br /> (a) Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.18. <br /> 10.14 C-2 COMMERCIAL & LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT <br /> (1) Uses Permitted: <br /> (a) .".11 uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, subject to <br /> such special conditions and requirements as are imposed for certain uses, when such conditions <br /> and requirements are not in conflict with this section. <br /> 85 <br /> • <br />
