Requirements: <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the provisions of <br /> Section 10.17. <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) Side yard requirements shall be the same as for the 13-1 Local Binsiness District. <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) Rear yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1.
