• <br /> Section 10.0I Definitions <br /> two chords of which on the inside of the curve form an angle of one hundred•(120) <br /> degrees or less. <br /> (27) Lot, Interior: A lot which is not a corner lot. • <br /> (28) Lot Lines: The lines bounding a lot as described herein. <br /> (29) Lot Width: For purposes of this ordinance the width of a lot shall be the shortest dis- <br /> tance between the side lines at the setback line. On triangular or irregular shaped lots the width <br /> shall be theshortest distance between the side lines of the lot at the building line. Such build- <br /> ing line may be the setback line of a line designated on a plat, or in a conveyance of an un- <br /> platted parcel. On farm ]arils, where the distance between side lines may vary, the distance <br /> between the side lines at the point where accessory farm buildings are located shall be deemed <br /> the lot width. <br /> (30) Mobile Homes Park: An area or premises on which is provided space for the more Or less <br /> permanent accomodation for more than two mobile homes, together with any accessory buildings <br /> and facilities for the disposal of waste and for water supply, and such other facilities as the <br /> state board of health may require. An office and residence for the owner or operator of the park <br /> may be permitted within the park boundaries. Such park must be supervised. <br /> (31) Motel: A building containing sleeping rooms for the temperary accomodation of tourists <br /> andnot for permanent occupancy except by the owner or resident operator. A restaurant, gift shop <br /> or the like may be permitted for the accomodation of guests. <br /> (32) Non-conforming Use: A building or premises occupied by a use which does not conform <br /> to the regulations of thedistrict in which it is located. <br /> (33) Park, Amusement: An area, publicly or privately owned, containing amusement and re- <br /> creaticxral facilities and devices, whether operated for profit or not. <br /> (34) Park, Public: An area owned by the county or a municipality within the county, operated <br /> for the convenience and recreation of the public, and containing such facilities as the owning <br /> municipality shall see fit. <br /> (35) ParkingLot: An area or premises on which automobiles may be parked or stored temp- <br /> orarily, and may include parking spaces for rent or for the accomodation of cars in connection <br /> with a business establishment, professional office-or the like, or for the temporary storge of <br /> cars awaiting insurance settlement, but not for the wrecking or repairing of cars. <br /> (36) Person: Except where otherwise indicated by the context, the word person shall include <br /> the plural, or a company, firm, corporation or partnership. • <br /> (37) Personal Service Shop: A shop providing personal services, such as a barber shop, <br /> beauty parlor and the like. <br /> (33) Professional Office: A building in which is provided space for professional offices such <br /> as doctors, practitioners, dentists, realtors, engineers, lawyers, authoors, architects, musicians <br /> and other recognized professional occupations. <br /> (3t)) Recreational Camp: An area containing one or more permanent buildings used occasion- <br /> ally or periodically for the accomodation of members of associations or groups for recreational <br /> purposes. <br /> (40) Rendering Plant: A plant for the reduction of dead animals or slaughtered animals not <br /> suitable for human consumit•ion,to by-products,such as hide, skin, grease, bones, glue and soap, <br /> and for the storage of such by-products. <br /> 4 <br />
