II = R-4 Residence District Section 10.08 <br /> 10.06 R-2 RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> (1) Uses Permitted. <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (2) Building Height. • <br /> (a) The height limiitation shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density, Regulations: . <br /> (a) The minimum lot or building site area shall be ten thousand. (10,000);square <br /> feet and the minimum lot width shall be seventy-five (75) feet. No building, together <br /> with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of thirty-five (35) per cent of <br /> the area of an interior lot or forty (4) per cent of a corner lot. <br /> (4) Setback Requirements. <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the re- <br /> quirements of Section 10. 17. <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) The minimum width of any side yard shall be ten (10) feet. <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) The minimum'depth of any xiear yard shall be thirty-five (35) feet. <br /> 10.07 R-3 RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br /> (1) Uses Permitted. <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (2) Building Height Limit. <br /> (a).
