B-1 Local Business District Section 10011 • • .10. 10.RE-1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT. (1) Uses Permitted. (al All uses permitted in the R-4 Residence District. (b) Boat liveries; sale of bait. (e). Recreational camps; amusement parks. . (d) Tourist and trailer camps, provided, however, that the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall determine that the proposed site.is suitable for such purpose. (e) Rooming houses, boarding houses, hotels and summer cottages. (f) Signs, .not over ten (10) square feet in gross area, to advertise permitted uses, except home occupations. (2) Building Height Limit. (ay Building height limits shall•be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations. (a) For single family and.multiple family dwellings the'width• and. area of lots and building sites shall be the same as is required in the R-4 Residence District. (b) For uses designated in^Subseotiort, '(1)(e) hereof'the: lotrarea''shell ber.increased by five hundred (500) square feet for each person for whom accomodations are provided outside of members of the family and employees of the owner or occupant. (c) For summer cottages the minimum lot area shall be five thousand (5,000).square • feet and the minimum lot width'fifty (50) feet. (d) No building, together with its:accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of thirty-five (35) percent of the area of an interior lot or forty (40) per cent of the area of a corner lot. (4) Setback Requirements. • (a) Setback from' front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the re- quirements of Section 10. 17. (B) 'Side Yard Requirements.
