B-1 Local Business District Section 10011 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> .10. 10.RE-1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT. <br /> (1) Uses Permitted. <br /> (al All uses permitted in the R-4 Residence District. <br /> (b) Boat liveries; sale of bait. <br /> (e). Recreational camps; amusement parks. . <br /> (d) Tourist and trailer camps, provided, however, that the zoning committee, after <br /> public hearing, shall determine that the proposed site.is suitable for such purpose. <br /> (e) Rooming houses, boarding houses, hotels and summer cottages. <br /> (f) Signs, .not over ten (10) square feet in gross area, to advertise permitted <br /> uses, except home occupations. <br /> (2) Building Height Limit. <br /> (ay Building height limits shall•be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations. <br /> (a) For single family and.multiple family dwellings the'width• and. area of lots and <br /> building sites shall be the same as is required in the R-4 Residence District. <br /> (b) For uses designated in^Subseotiort, '(1)(e) hereof'the: lotrarea''shell ber.increased <br /> by five hundred (500) square feet for each person for whom accomodations are provided <br /> outside of members of the family and employees of the owner or occupant. <br /> (c) For summer cottages the minimum lot area shall be five thousand (5,000).square <br /> • feet and the minimum lot width'fifty (50) feet. <br /> (d) No building, together with its:accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of <br /> thirty-five (35) percent of the area of an interior lot or forty (40) per cent of the <br /> area of a corner lot. <br /> (4) Setback Requirements. • <br /> (a) Setback from' front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the re- <br /> quirements of Section 10. 17. <br /> (B) 'Side Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) There shall:be.a side yard on each side, of the building or buildings of not <br /> lgs's than ten (10) feet; provided, h6Veveriti that-for uses'designated in Subsection - <br /> (1)(e) hereof there shall be an'°additional'.sidd yard .of bxTe',(11 'foot or each persanfl <br /> for whom accomodations are provided outside of members of the family and employees of <br /> the owner or occupant. <br /> • <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements.. <br /> ,(a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> (7) Off-Street Parking. <br /> (a) off-street parking shall be provided as required by Section 10. 18. <br /> 10. 11 B-1 LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br /> (1) Uses permitted. <br /> (a) .All uses permitted in the R-4 Residence District. <br /> (b) Rooming houses, boarding houses and hotels. <br /> (c) Retail business and service uses, except the-following; <br /> 1.
