Section 10 12 A-1 Agricultural District = I <br /> (c) For other permitted uses, no minimum width or area except for those uses for <br /> which special setback and side yards have been established, <br /> (4) Setback Requirements. <br /> (a.) No building, including barns and other farm buildings of any description what- <br /> soever, shall hereafter be erected, moved or structurally altered so as to be nearer <br /> the highway than is prescribed by Section 10.17. <br /> (5) Side Yard requirements. <br /> (a) Lots or parcels used for residential purposes shall provide side yards in ac- <br /> cordance with the provisions of Section 10.06 (5) for the R-2 Residence District. <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) Lots or parcels used for residential purposes stall provide rear yards in ac- <br /> cordance with the provisions of Section 10.06 (6) for the R-2 Residence District. <br /> (7) Off-Street Parking. <br /> (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Section 10. 18. <br /> 10. 13 C-1 COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT. <br /> (1) Uses Permitted. <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the B-1 Local Business District. <br /> (b) Wholesale business, including warehouses having a ground floor area not in ex- <br /> cess of twenty thousand (20,000) squaje feet; but not including junk yards or the sale <br /> or storage of salvage material. <br /> (c) Bakeries, printing plants, laundries, cleaning and dying plants, mechanical re- <br /> pair shops, including garages having a capacity of not more than ten (10) cars for re- <br /> pair, bottling plants, experimental and manufacturing laboratories and the like. <br /> (d) Woodworking plants, plants for the fabrication of sheet metal products, welding <br /> shops,machine shops and the like employing not more,than seven (7) persons in production. <br /> (e) Any processing or treatment clearly incidental to the conduct of a permitted <br /> business or use. <br /> (f) Amusement places,, ihcluding roller skating rinks and shooting galleries, pro- <br /> vided that for roller skating rinks and shooting galleries the zoning committee, after <br /> public hearing, shill determine that the proposed site is suitable for such use. - <br /> (g) Slaughter house, when the site has been approved by the State Board of Health, <br /> and when the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall have determined that the <br /> site. is suitable for such use. <br /> (h) Uses permitted in Section 10.12 ( c) and (ca, A-1 Agricultural District. <br /> (i) Tourist and trailer camps, when the zoning committee, after public hearing, <br /> shall have determined that the proposed site is suitable for such purpose. <br /> (j) Advertising signs and billboards. <br /> (k) Dog kennels, for the breeding, raising, sale or boarding of dogs; veterinary <br /> hospitals. <br /> (1) Outdoor theaters and automobile race tracks, provided that the zoning commit- <br /> tee, after public hearing, shall repprt to the county board with its recommendations, <br /> and the county board shall determine that the proposed site is suitable for such use. <br /> (2) Building Height Limit. <br /> (a) Residential buildings, or buildings for combined residential and business per= <br /> poses, shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet or two and one-half- (2i) stories in <br /> height. <br /> (b) For all other buildings the maximum height shall be fifty (50) feet. <br /> -64- <br /> wI <br />
