C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District Section 10.14 <br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations. <br /> (a) Area, frontage and per .cent of occupancy regulations shall be the same as for <br /> the B-1 Local Business District. <br /> (4) Setback Requirements. <br /> (a) Setback from front lot•line or highway right of way shall conform to the pro- <br /> visions of Section 10.17. <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) Side yard requirements shall be the same as for the B,-1 Local Business Dis- <br /> trict. <br /> (6) Rear Yard.Requirements. <br /> (a) Rear yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business Dis- <br /> trict. <br /> (7) Off-Street Parking. <br /> (a) Off-s.treet' park'ing space shall be provided•in•accordance with the provisions <br /> of Section 10. 18. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 10, 14 C-2 COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT. <br /> (1) Uses Permitted. <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, sub- <br /> ject to such special conditions and requirements as are imposed for certain uses, <br /> when such conditions and requirements are not in conflict with 'this section. <br /> (b) Warehouses, without limitation as to size; truck terminals and freight houses. <br /> • (c) Fuel and lumber yards; bulk storage plants. <br /> (d) All repair shops and garages, regardless of size or capacity, including the <br /> repair of trucks and heavy machinery. <br /> (e) Woodworking and sheet metal plants, machine shops, welding shops and similar <br /> uses, regardless of size. <br /> (f) Inside or outside storage of contractors' material and equipment, including <br /> road building machinery, cement mixers and si3nilar equipment. <br /> (g) Stock yards, when the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall have de- <br /> termined that the proposed site is suitable. for such use. <br /> (2) Building Height Limit. <br /> (a) Residential buildings, ,or buildings combining residential and business uses, <br /> shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet or two and one-half (2'/2) stories in height. <br /> (b.)
