Section 10.14 C-2 commercial and Light Manufacturing District <br /> • <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) Rear yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business Dis- <br /> trict. <br /> (7) Off-Street Parking. <br /> (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Section 10. 18. <br /> 10. 15 M-1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> (1) Uses Permitted. <br /> (a)• All.uses permitted in the C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, <br /> except residential uses, including dwellings, hotels, rooming and boarding houses and <br /> tourist and trailer camps; provided, however, that accomodations may be provided for <br /> watchmen and caretakers on the premises and their families. <br /> (b) Any other use not in conflict with law; provided, however, that in the case of <br /> noxious or hazardous uses the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall determine <br /> that the 'pro nosed site is suitable for such use. <br /> (2), Building Height Limit. <br /> (a) None. <br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations. <br /> (a) No minimum area or lot width. The total ground floor area of all buildings <br /> shall not exceed eighty (80) per cent of the area of a interior lot or seventy (70) <br /> per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br /> (4) Setback Require cents. <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall comply with the pro- , <br /> visions of Section 10. 17. <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) On an interior lot no side yard required. On corner lots the side yard on the <br /> side facing the side street shall comply with the provisions of Section 10.16 (5)(b). <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be ten (10) feet. <br /> (7) Off-Street Parking. <br /> (a) Off4street parking space shall .be provided in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Section 10. 18. <br /> 10. 16 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND EXCEPTIONS. <br /> (1) Use. <br /> (a) Except as otherwise expressly provided, any use listed as a permitted use in any <br /> district shall be construed as a prohibited use in a more restricted district. <br /> (b) The following uses shall be permitted in the districts specified when such uses <br /> do not alter the character of the premises in respect to their use for the purposes <br /> permitted in such district: <br /> 1.
