Section 10010 - 10011 RE -1 Recreational District <br />B -1 Local Business District <br />10.10 RE -1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT <br />(1) Uses Permitted. <br />(a) All uses permitted in the R--4 Residence District <br />(b) Boat liveries, sale of bait. <br />(c) Recreational camps, amusement parks. <br />(d) Tourist and trailer camps;. provided however, that the zoning committee, after <br />public hearing, shall determine that the proposed site is suitable- for such purpose. <br />(e) Romming houses, boarding houses, hotels and summer cottages, <br />(f) Signs, not over ten (10) square feet in gross area, to advertise permitted <br />uses, except home occupations, <br />(2) Building Height Limit. <br />(a) Building height limits shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. <br />(3) Area, Frontage and Population Density.Regulations� <br />(a) For single family -and multiple family dwellings the width and area of lots and <br />building sites shall be the same as is required,in the R--4 Residence District. <br />(b) For uses designated in subsection (1)(e) hereof the lot area shall.beiincreased <br />by five.hundred (500) square feet for each person for whom accomodations are provided <br />outside of members of the family and employees of the owner or occupant. <br />(c) For summer cottages the minimum lot area shall.be five thousand (5,000) square <br />feet and the minimum lot width fifty (50) feet. <br />(d) No building, together with its.accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of <br />thirty -five (35) per cent of the area of an interior.lot or forty (40) per cent of the <br />area of a corner lot. <br />(4) Setback Requirements. <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the re- <br />quirements of Section 10.17. <br />(5) Side Yard Requirements. <br />(a) There shall.be a side yard on each side of the building or buildings of not <br />less than ten (10) feet; provided, however, that for uses designated in subsection <br />(10)(e) hereof there shall be an additional side yard of one (1) foot for each person <br />for whom accomodations are provided outside of members of the family and employees of <br />the owner or occupant, <br />(6) Rear Yard Requirements. <br />(a) The minimum depth .of any rear yard shall be twenty- five.(25) feet. <br />(7) Off- street Parking., <br />(a) Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Section 10.18. <br />10. 11 B -1 LOCAL BUSIM ISS DISTRICT <br />(1) Uses Permitted. <br />(a).All uses permitted in the R---4 Residence District, <br />(b) Rooming houses, boarding houses and motels. <br />(c). Retail business and service uses, except the following: <br />1.
