Section 10013 - 10.14 G-1 Commercial & Light Mfg—District <br />C -2 Commercial & Light Mfg. District <br />(g) Slaugter houses, when the site has been approved by the State Board. of Health, <br />and when the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall have determined that the <br />site is suitable for such use. <br />(h) Uses permitted in Section 10.12 (1)(c) and (d), A -1 Agricultural District, <br />subject to any special condititions and requirements imposed therein. <br />(i) Tourist and trailer camps, when the zoning committee, after public hearing, <br />shall have determined that the-proposed site is suitable for such purpose. <br />(j) Advertising signs and billboards, <br />(k) Dog kennels, for the breeding, raising, sale or boarding of dogs, veterinary <br />hospitals. <br />(1) Outdoor theaters and automobile race tracks, provided that the zoning commit- <br />tee, after public hearing, shall.report to..the county.board with its recommendations, <br />and the county board shall determine that the proposed site is suitable for such use. <br />(2) Building Height Limit. <br />(a) Residential.,buildings, or,buildings _for combined'residential and business pur- <br />poses, shall-not exceed thirty- five.(35) feet or two and one -half (2'/z) stories in <br />height. <br />(b) For all.other buildings the maximum height shall be fifty (50).feet. <br />(3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations. <br />(a) Area, frontage and per cent of occupancy regulations-shall be the same as for <br />the B -1 Local Business District. <br />(4) Setback Regulations. <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the pro- <br />visions of Section 10.17. <br />(5) Side Yard Requirements. <br />(a) Side yard requirements'shall be the same as for the B -1 Local Business Dis- <br />trict. <br />(6)'Rear Yard Requirments. <br />(a) Rear yard requirements shall be the same as for the B;1 Local Business Dis- <br />trict. <br />(7) Off- street Parkingo <br />(a) Off- street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the proviso ons <br />of Section 10.18. <br />10.14 C -2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District <br />(1) Uses Permitted. <br />(a) All uses permitted in the C -1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, sub- <br />ject to such special conditions, and requirements as are imposed for certain.uses; <br />when such conditions and requirements are not in conflict with this section. <br />(b) Warehouses, without limitation as to size; truck terminals and freight houses. <br />(c) Fuel and lumber yards, bulk storage plants. <br />(d) All repair.shops and garages, regardless of size or capacity, including the <br />repair of trucks and heavy machinery. <br />- -72- <br />
