C-2 Commercial & Light Mfg„ District Sections 10014 - 10015 <br />11--1 Industrial District <br />(e) Woodworking and sheet metal plants, machine shops, welding shops and similar <br />uses,. regardless of size. <br />(f) Inside or outside storage of:contractors' material and equipment, including <br />road building machinery, cement mixers and similar equipment. <br />(g) Stock yards, when the zoning committee, after public hearing,:sha.11 have.de- <br />termined that, the proposed site_ is suitable for such use, <br />(2), Building Height Limit., <br />(a) Residential buildings, or buildings combining residential and-business uses, <br />shall pot exceed thirty --five (35) feet or tw© and one -half (2'/0 stories in.height. <br />(b) The maximum height for all other buildings shall be sixty -five (65) feet. <br />(3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulstionso <br />(a) .Area, .frontage, :.per cent of occupancy and density of population regulations <br />shall be the same as for the &-1 Local Business District. <br />(4) Setback Requirements. <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway.right of way shall conform to the Pro- <br />visions of Section 10.17._ <br />(5), Side Yard Requirements. <br />(a), Side yard regw Tements shall be the same-as for the B -1 Local Business Dis- <br />trict. <br />(6) Rear Yard Requirements. <br />(a) Rear yard requirements shall be the same as for the B -1 Local Business Dis- <br />trict. <br />(7) Off•- street Parking. <br />(a) Off- street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 10.18. <br />10.15 M -1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />(1) Uses Permitted. <br />(a).All uses permitted in.the C -2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, <br />except residential uses, including dwellings, hotels, rooming and boarding houses and <br />tourist and trailer camps; provided however, that accomodations may be provided for <br />watchmen and caretakers employed on the premises and their families. <br />(b).Any other use not in.conflict with law; provided, however, that in the case of <br />noxious or hazardous uses the zoning committee, after public hearing, shall-determine <br />that the proposed sitetis suitable for such use. <br />(2) Building Height Limit, <br />(a) None. <br />(3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Regulations. <br />(a) No minimum area or for width. The total ground floor area of all.buildings <br />shall not exceed eighty (80) per cent of the area of an interior lot or seventy (70) <br />per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br />1 -73- <br />
