SECTION 10.12; 10.13 <br />(7 ) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) For residential uses the minimum side yards shall be the same as for <br />the R -1 Residence District. <br />(b) Barns, feeding or loafing sheds, hog.houses, mink pens, dog kennels, bee <br />hives and the like shall be located no closer than one hundred (100) feet <br />to the property line of adjacent properties, if such adjacent properties <br />are located in a residential district. <br />(8) REAR YARD R.EQUIREITENTS <br />(a) For residential uses the minimum rear yards shall be the same as for the <br />R -1 Residence District. <br />(9) OFF- STREET PARKING <br />(a) . Off- street parking space shall be proveded in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 10.18. <br />10.13 C -1 COI],TERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT <br />(1) USES ' PERMITTED <br />(a) All uses permitted in the B -1 Local Business District. <br />(b) Wholesale business, including warehouses'haveing a ground floor area not <br />in excess of twenty thousand (20,000) square feet, but not including junk <br />yards or the sale or storage of salvage material. <br />(c) Bakeries, printing plants, laundries, cleaning and dying plants, mechanical <br />repair shops, including garages-having a capacity of not more than ten (10) <br />cars for repair, bottling plants, experimental and manufacturing labor- <br />atories and the like. <br />(d) Woodworking plants, plants for the fabrication of sheet metal products, <br />welding shops and the like employing not more than seven (7) persons in <br />production. <br />(e) Any processing or treatment clearly, incidental to the conduct of a permit- <br />ted business or use. <br />(f) Amusement places including shooting galeries, go -cart driving courses, kiddie <br />rides and similar amusement concessions subject to the provision of 10.25 <br />(4), Application for Approval of Site. <br />(g) Slaughter houses subject to the provisions of 10.25 (4), Application for <br />Approval of Site,-when the site is approved by.the State Board of Health. <br />- 23 - <br />
