SECTION 10.13; 10.1 <br />(h) Uses permitted in Section 10.12 (1) (c) and (d), .A -1 Agricultural - District, <br />subject to any special conditions and requirements imposed therein. <br />W. Tourist and trailer camps, motels, mobile homes parks, service stations, <br />taverns and the drive -in type of root beer and eating stands subject to the <br />provisions of 10.25 (4), Application for Approval of Site. <br />(j) Dog Kennels, for the breeding, raising and boarding of dogs, veterinary <br />hospitals, apiaries, subject to the provisions of Section 10.12 (5) (b). <br />(k) Outdoor theaters,. automobile race tracks subject to the provisions of 10.25 <br />(4), Application for Approval of Site; provided that the Zoning Committee, <br />after public hearing, shall report to the County Board with its recommendations. <br />(2) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br />(a) Residential buildings, or buildings combining residential and business uses, <br />shall conform to the height limits of the B -1 Local Business District. <br />(3)' AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br />(a) Area, frontage and percent of occupancy regulations shall be the same as for <br />the B -1 Local Business District. <br />(4) SETBACK REGULATIONS <br />(a) Setback front lot line or highway right -of -way shall conform to the.provisions <br />of Section 10.17. <br />(5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) Side yard requirements shall be the same as for the B -1 Local Business 'District. <br />(6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) Rear yard requirements shall be the.same as for the B -1 Local Business District. <br />(7) OFF- STREET PARKING <br />(a) Off - street parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 10.18. <br />10.14 C -2 COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT <br />(1) USES PERMITTED <br />,(a) All uses permitted in the C -1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, <br />except residential uses, including dwellings, rooming and boarding houses and <br />tourist and trailer camps ;'provided, however,,that accomodations may be <br />- 24 - <br />
