SECTION 10.01 <br />to exceed twelve (12) individuals not members of the family. <br />(26) Lot: A parcel of land occupied .or intended to be occupied by one building and <br />its accessory buildings and uses, except as otherwise provided herein. A lot <br />may be a parcel designated in a plat or described in a conveyance recorded in <br />the office of the register of deeds, or any part of A larger parcel when such <br />part complies with the requirements of this.ordinance as to width and area for <br />the district in which it is located. No lands included in any street, highway <br />or railroad right -of -way shall be included when computing area. <br />(27) Lot, Corner: A lot located at the intersection of two streets, any two corners <br />of which form an angle of one hundred twenty (120) degrees or less, or is bounded <br />by a curved street any two chords of which on the inside of the curve form an <br />angle of one hundred twenty (120) degrees or less. <br />(28) Lot, Interior: A lot which is not a corner lot. <br />(29) Lot Lines: The lines bounding a lot as described herein. <br />(30) Lot Width: For purposes of this ordinance the width of a lot shall be the shortest <br />distance between the side lines at the setback line.. On triangular or irregular <br />shaped lots the width shall be the shortest distance between the side lines of <br />the lot at the building line. Such building line may be the setback line of a <br />line designated on a plat, or in a conveyance of an unplatted parcel. On farm <br />lands, where the distance between side lines may vary, the distance between the <br />side lines at the point where accessory farm buildings are located shall be deemed <br />the lot width. <br />(31) Mobile Homes Park: Any,plot or plots of ground upon which two (2) or more units, <br />occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes are - located, regardless of whether or <br />not a charge is made for such accomodation. Is subject to the requirements of <br />Chapter 66.058 of the Wisconsin Statutes. <br />(32) Nbtel: A building containing sleeping rooms for the temporary accomodation of <br />tourists and not for permanent occupancy except by the owner or resident operator. <br />A. restaurant, gift shop or the like may be permitted for the accomodation of guests, <br />(33) Non- conforming Use: A building or premises occupied by a use which does not <br />conform to the regulations of the district in which it is located. <br />(34) Park, Amusement: An area, publicly or privately owned, containing amusement and <br />recreational facilities and devices, whether operated for profit or not. <br />(35) Park, Public: An area owned by the county or a municipality within the county, <br />operated for the convenience and recreation of the public, and containing such <br />facilities as the owning municipality shall see fit. <br />(36) Parking Lot: An area or premises on which automobiles may be parked, and may <br />include parking spaces for the accomodation of cars in connection with a business <br />establishment, apartment building, office building or the like. Such lot shall <br />be located in the same zoning district as the building or facility it is intended <br />to serve. <br />- 4 - <br />
