R -1 RESIDENCE DISTRICT. SECTION " 10.05 <br />R -2 RESIDENCE DISTRICT SECTMN 10.06 <br />of a future church, school, library, club or the .like. <br />4. Tablet, inscription, emblem or bulletin board for churches, schools, <br />clubs, religious or charitable institutions., <br />(1) Cemeteries, when.they comply with the provisions of Section 157.06 <br />of the statutes. <br />(2 ) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br />(a) Buildings hereafter erected or structurally altered shall not exceed <br />two and one -half (21g) stories or thirty -five (35) feet in height. <br />(3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br />(a) For unplatted lands, where public sewer is not available, the lotarea <br />shall be determined by percolation test according to formulas of the state board <br />of health, but no such lot or building site shall have a width of less tharb one <br />hundred (100) feet or area of less than fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet. <br />(b) For plats, or unplatted lands where public.sewer is available, the <br />minimum lot width shall be one hundred (100) feet and the minimum area fifteen <br />thousand (15,000)..square feet. <br />.(c) No building together with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in- <br />excess-of-thirty (30� per cent of the area of an interior lot or thirty -five <br />(35) percent of the area.of a corner lot, <br />(4) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the <br />requirements of-Section 10.17.-- <br />(5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) There shall be side yards in the aggregate of not less than twenty -five <br />(25) feet and no single side yard shall be less than ten (10) feet. <br />(6) REAR "YARD REQUIREMENTS <br />(a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be fifty (50) feet. <br />10.06 R -2 : RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />(1) USES ; PERMITTED: <br />(a) All uses permitted in the.R -l- Residence District. <br />12 <br />
