DISTRICT <br />B -1 LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />SECTION 10.10 <br />SECTION 10.11 <br />(d) Tourist and trailer camps, subject to the provisions of 10.25 W , <br />App3lcation for Approval of Site. <br />(e) Rooming houses, boarding houses, hotels and summer cottages. <br />(f) Signs to advertise permitted uses, pursuant to the provisions of . <br />Section 10.05_(1)(k); directory signs. <br />(2) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT: <br />(a) Building-height limit shall be the same as.for the R -4 Residence-District. <br />(3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION'DENSITY REQUIREMENTS: <br />(a) For single family and multiple family dwellings and apartment houses the <br />minimum lot width and area.shall comply with the requirements of the R -4 Resi- <br />dence District. <br />(b)For uses designated in subsection (1)(e) hereof the lot area shall be <br />increased by-five hundred.(500) square feet for each person for whom accomodations <br />are provided outside of members of the family and employees of the owner or <br />occupant. <br />(c) For sw.ner cottages the minimum lot width shall be fifty (50) Net and <br />the minimum lbt.area shall be five thousand (5,000) square feet. More than one <br />summer cottage may be placed on a single parcel of land provided that the ag- <br />gregate area is not less than five thousand (5000) 'square feet for each cottage. <br />(d) No building, together with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in <br />excess of thirty -five (35).per cent of the area of an interior lot or forty (40) <br />per cent of the,area of a corner lot. <br />(4) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS: <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the <br />requirements of Section 10.17. <br />(5) SIDE YAR13 REQUIREMENTS: <br />(a) There shall be a side yard on each side of the building or buildings <br />of not less than ten (10) feet; provided, however, that for uses designated in <br />subsection (1)(e)'hereof there shall be an additional side yard of one (1). <br />foot for each person for whom accomodations are provided outside of members <br />of the family and employees of the owner or occupant. <br />(6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS: <br />(a) The minimum depth of any °rear yard shall be twenty -five (25) feet. ` <br />(7) OFF- STREET PARKING <br />(a) Off- street parking shall be provided as required by Section 10.18. . <br />10.11 B-1 LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />(1) USES PERMITTDD: <br />
