(b) For all other buildings the maximum height shall be fifty (50) feet. <br />(3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DE14SITY REGULATIONS: <br />(a) Area, frontage and percent of occupancy regulations shall be the same <br />as for the B--1 Local Business District. <br />(4) SETBACK REGULATIONS. <br />(a) Setback from front lot line or highway right -of -way shall conform to <br />the provisions of Section 10.17. <br />(5) SIDE YARD _RDQUIREMENTS : <br />(a) Side yard requirements shall be the same as for the B -1 Local Business <br />District. <br />(6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS: <br />(a) Rear yard requirements shall be the same as for the B -1 Local Business <br />District. <br />(7 ) OFF - STREET PARKING: <br />(a) Off- street parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 10.18. <br />24 <br />
