'DEFINITIONS SECTION 10.01 <br />(32) Non - conforming Use: A building or premises occupied by a use which <br />does not conform to the regulations of the district in which it is located. <br />(33) Park, Amusement: An area, publicly or privately owned, containing <br />amusement and recreational facilities and devices, whether operated for profit <br />or not. <br />(34') Park, Public: An area owned by the county or a municipality within <br />the county, operated for the convenience and recreation of the public, and <br />containing such facilities as the owning municipality shall see fit. <br />(35).Parking Lot: An area or premises on which automobiles may be parked <br />or stored temporarily, and may include parking spaces for rent or for the ac- <br />comodation of cars in connection with a business establishment, professional <br />office or the like, or for the temporary storage of cars awaiting insurance <br />settlement, but not for the wrecking or repairing of cars. <br />(36) Person: Except where otherwise indicated by the context, the word <br />person shall include the plural, or a company, firm, corporation or partnership. <br />(37) Personal Service Shop: A shop providing personal services, such as <br />a barber shop, beauty parlor and the like. <br />(38) Professional Office: A building in which is provided space for pro- <br />fessional offices such as doctors, practitioners, dentists, realtors, engineers, <br />lawyers, authors, - architects, musicians and other recognized professional <br />occupations. <br />(39) Recreational Camp: An area containing one or more permanent buildings <br />used occasionally or periodically for the accomodation of members of associations <br />or groups for recreational purposes. <br />(40) Rendering Plant: A plant for the reduction of dead animals or slaughtered <br />animals not suitable for human consumption, to by- products, such as hide, skin, <br />grease, bones, glue and soap, and for the storage of such by- products. <br />(41) Roadside Stand: A structure used or intended to be used by the owner <br />or occupant of the premises on which it is located for the sale of farm or <br />garden products produced on the premises or adjacent premises. Such structure <br />shall not be placed within the setback line and may not be used for the sale or <br />dealing in merchandise other than farm products locally produced. <br />(42) Rooming House: Same As lodging house. <br />(43) Service Station: Any building, structure or premises or other place <br />used for the dispensing, sale or offering for sale of any motor fuel or oils, <br />having pumps and storage tanks; also where battery, tire and similar services <br />are rendered, but not including buildings or premises where such business is <br />incidental to the conduct of a public garage for the repair or storage of <br />motor vehicles. <br />5 <br />
