I. Minority and Women Business Enterprise Reports. SUBRECIPIENT agrees to submit <br />information in a format dictated by the COUNTY sufficient to enable the COUNTY to meet its <br />reporting requirements under 24 CFR 570.507 (c ). These are due to HUD by April 30 and <br />October 31 of each year. <br />J. SUBRECIPIENT understands and acknowledges that all reporting requirements survive the <br />expiration date of this Agreement. <br />K. SUBRECIPIENT agrees to assist COUNTY in meeting any other reporting requirements <br />that may arise during the term of this Agreement. <br />Overpayment. Any overpayment due COUNTY shall be paid within ten (10) working days <br />of notification. <br />27 <br />
