CONTRACT SCHEDULE A <br />TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERABLES <br />PROVIDER shall follow the methods and standards outlined in the proposal <br />submitted by said vendor and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The PLSS corners to be included for the purposes of this contract are indicated <br />on the master contract map in green as shown in the legend. Said map is <br />attached hereto. 110 corners are included. If the county receives a new <br />Monument Report with coordinate information prior to vendor commencing work <br />for said corner, it may be removed from the contract at the County Surveyor's <br />discretion. <br />All coordinate values shall be collected and expressed in the North American <br />Datum (NAD) of 1983 - National Spatial Reference System 2007 (NSRS 2007), <br />Dane County Coordinates. NAD 83 (NSRS 2007) DANE COUNTY. <br />Coordinates shall be expressed to the nearest 0.001 feet. <br />PROVIDER will be required to supply a redundant coordinate value for each <br />corner. <br />PROVIDER shall also provide an Orthometric Height for any monuments in an <br />area accessible for a direct GPS observation. Orthometric Heights shall be <br />expressed to the nearest 0.01 feet and referenced to the North American <br />Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD 88). <br />PROVIDER will be required to perform all necessary survey records research to <br />perpetuate PLSS corners. <br />In the event that evidence suggests an alternative location for an existing <br />perpetuated corner location, the evidence shall be presented to the County <br />Surveyor for evaluation and consideration of the alternative location. Ultimately, <br />PROVIDER is responsible for verifying and supporting the corner location they <br />specify on their Monument Record. The same shall apply for any PLSS corner <br />location with multiple monument locations. <br />Monuments when found and stable, shall not be disturbed and may remain as <br />the section corner monument. Any monument not found will be replaced or <br />perpetuated with a Dane County Section Corner monument. Available <br />monuments are a "dig -in" 2 inch inside diameter stainless steel pipe, 30 inches <br />in length with a pinned on naval bronze cap and a flared bottom, a heavy gauge <br />8 inch survey marker spike with a Dane County PLSS Corner washer, or a 3-1/2 <br />inch bronze stem for setting in a concrete pad or tube. <br />Where feasible "dig -in" monuments will be used for the section corner itself. <br />The top of the monument shall be set approximately 2 inches above grade. <br />Every corner shall also have 4 accessory or witness monuments. Witness <br />monuments may consist of % inch diameter rebar, 24 inches in length or the <br />Page 9 of 11 <br />
