PROVIDER shall follow all applicable laws, principles and practices <br />relating to the re-establishment of lost corners. <br />Deliverables <br />A Dane County Public Land Survey Monument Record for each corner <br />perpetuated and observed in conjunction with the requirements of A-E <br />7.08 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. All Monument Records shall <br />include all specifications listed on the Monument Record Form. If a GPS <br />observation is not possible due an obstructed corner location, no <br />Orthometric Height is required. The Dane County Monument Record <br />Form to be used is attached hereto and will be supplied to the vendor <br />in .pdf or word file format. The finished Monument Records shall be <br />typed and sketches computer drafted to avoid legibility issues. <br />A Section Summary Sheet for each section in which three or more <br />section corners are perpetuated and observed. Section Summary <br />Sheets shall include a spatial representation of the section boundaries <br />and section corners, a legend or description of monuments, NAD 83 <br />(NSRS 2007) Dane County Coordinates for each section corner <br />perpetuated and observed, distance and direction from corner to corner <br />along section lines, and a north arrow. <br />A digital data or text file identifying each corner observed, including two <br />observations or measured coordinates in NAD 83 (NSRS 2007) DANE <br />COUNTY COORDINATES to the nearest 0.0001 feet, with date, time, <br />and method used to collect data indicated. File should also include an <br />Orthometric Height in NAVD 88 datum where applicable. File types <br />acceptable to the County are any Excel or csv file format. <br />Schedule B — Payment Schedule <br />PROVIDER may submit batches of deliverables bi-weekly throughout the length of the <br />contract with an invoice for payment. Upon receipt of all deliverables for the batch of <br />PLSS corners, the invoice shall be processed for payment. <br />Payment shall be set as follows: <br />Existing and Undisputed Corners: Cost per corner: $192.50 <br />Obliterated Corners: Cost per corner: $397.50 <br />Lost Corners: Cost per corner: $150.00 <br />Section Summary Sheets: Cost per sheet: $97.50 <br />Data files for the batch shall also be submitted by e-mail or on a disc for the batch <br />deliverables to be considered complete. <br />Page 11 of 11 <br />
