These restrictions are restrictions running ith the <br />VOL la nay �nd shall be 'binding on all persons having an interest in <br />the premises hereby conveyed until January lq 1970, at which time <br />said restrictions shall terminate; these restrictions may be <br />extended for a further period of 15 years from January 11 1970: <br />by the filing of a declaratory instrument to that effect with <br />the Register of Deeds for Dane County during the year 1970 <br />signed. by 5010 in numbers of the feeholders of land in Section <br />31»7 -9 holding fees subject to these restrictions, <br />6 <br />12. If-any person, or his heirs, successors, or <br />assigns,, shall violate or attempt to violate any of these <br />restrictions herein prior to January 1, 19702 it shall be lawful <br />for any person or persons owning any fee in the Northeast quarter <br />of Section Thirty -one, Town Seven North, Range Nine East2 subject <br />to these restrictions to prosecute any proceedings at law or in <br />equity against the person or persons violating or attempting to <br />violate any such restriction. <br />13. Invalidation of any one of these restrictions or <br />any severable part of any restrictions by judgment or court <br />order, shall in nowise affect any of the other provisions which <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br />14. The premises hereby conveyed shall be subject <br />further to applicable zoning ordinances. <br />15.
