<br />tenants and not as tenants in common, parties of the second part*

<br />the corporate limits of the Village of Shorewood Hills and des-

<br />189.5 feet; thence ,South 570 161 : "lest 140 feet to a point 30 feet
<br />Northeasterly from the line established for purposes of determin-
<br />ing a set -back line on University Bay Drive under the terms of a
<br />certain ordinance adopted by the Village of Shorewood Hills on the
