DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9856 EFFECTIVE: 8-8-2008 <br />I, € m m a km1%,r i e _+ i¢ <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springdale. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br />of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the LC -1 Limited Commercial district(s) <br />following described land: <br />PETITION NUMBER: 9856 <br />Part of Section 09, Town of Springdale described as follows: <br />C-1 TO LC -1 <br />Lot 3, Certified Survey Map 9924, Section 9, T6N, R7E, Town of Springdale, Dane County, <br />Wisconsin. <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br />Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br />DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br />This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or <br />owners of the land record the following restriction(s) on said land: <br />1. The land use of the property shall be limited to a landscaping/snowplowing business, <br />storage of a maximum of 12 pieces of construction equipment associated with the business, <br />and maintenance and repair of only the construction equipment used in the <br />landscaping/snowplowing business. <br />2. All equipment shall be stored indoors as soon as the new building is completed. <br />3. Alandscaping plan shall be submitted for approval to the Springdale Town Board with a <br />$15,000 bond prior of the Town Board's confirmation of the rezoning. The landscaping as <br />depicted on the approved plan shall be installed by October 2008. The approved plan shall <br />include a fence along the north property line, 220' long and 6'-8" high, visual screening <br />from the roadway with trees and berms, the driveway location, and location of the proposed <br />building. <br />4. The fencing along the north property line shall be maintained to provide for an attractive <br />appearance. <br />5. After September 2008, the overhead doors on the north side of the building shall be <br />prohibited from ingress/egress to the building. A new entrance shall be constructed on the <br />west or south walls. <br />6. A sign on the property shall be limited to a 2'x3' unlit sign. <br />(Continued on page 2) <br />The Dp, ,e f'o,Untx.
