c <br />DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5785 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DUNN <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br />the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br />in the R-3 Residential District the following described land: <br />Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Dunn described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #5, Rock Elm <br />Park; thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot #5 and <br />centerline of creek to the Northerly line of Barber Drive; thence <br />Southeasterly along said line 90 feet; thence North to the South <br />line of Mallard Avenue; thence across Mallard Avenue to the <br />Southwest corner of Lot #4, Rock Elm Park; thence North along the <br />West line of Lot 4 to the lake shore; thence Westerly along the <br />lake shore to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />(ZNRPH.REZ) ` <br />
