DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8874 <br />'mending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana and Pleasant Springs. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br />Christiana and Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural, RH-1 Rural Homes and R-1 <br />Residential District/s the following described land: <br />PETITION NUMBER: 8874 <br />TO A-2: <br />Part of the NW 114 of SW 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Christiana described as follows: Beginning at the West quarter <br />corner of said Section 6; thence S89°25' East 1116 feet±; thence S01°12' East, 1331 feet+; thence N89"36' West, 240 <br />feet±; thence N00°24' East 412 feet -h; thence N89°36' West, 230 feet±; thence S00°24' West, 412 feet±; thence <br />N89°36' West, 433 fee&; thenceN23°55'West, 60.5 feet±; N72°55' West, 153 feet±; thenceN00°43' East, 151 feet±; <br />thence N89°36' West, 85 feet± to West line of Section 6; thence N00°43' East, 1084 feet ± to the point of beginning. <br />TO RH-1: <br />Part of the NW 114 of the SW 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Christiana described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Southwest comer of said Section 6; thenceN00°43' East on section line, 1334 feet+; thence S89°36' East, 673 feet±; <br />to the point of beginning; thence N00°24' East, 412 feet±; thence S89°36' East, 230 feet±; thence S00°24' West, 230 <br />feet±; thence N89°36' West, 230 feet± to the point of beginning. <br />TO R -l: <br />Part of the NW 114 of SW 114 of Section 6, Town of Christiana described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest <br />,orner of said Section 6; thence N00°43' East on section line, 13 89 feet+; to the point of beginning; thence continue <br />)0°43' East, 195 feet+; thence S89°36' East, 85 feet±; thence S00°43' West, 151 feet±; thence S72°55' East, 153 <br />feet±; thence S23°55' East, 60.5 feet± to South line of said NW 1/4 of SW 1/4; thence N89°39' West, 73 feet±; thence <br />N72°55' West, 192 feet± to the point of beginning. <br />ALSO: <br />TO R-1: <br />Part of the SE 114 of NE 114 of Section 1, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Southeast corner of said Section 1; thence N00°43' East on section line, 1334 feet -L; to the point of beginning; thence <br />S88°00' West, 87 feet±; thenceN00°43' east, 254 feet±; thence S89°36' East, 87 feet± to the East section line; thence <br />S00°43' West on section line, 250 feet± to the point of beginning. <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br />The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br />DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br />This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall <br />record the following restrictions on said land: <br />1) Deed restrict the proposed A-2 parcel to prohibit residential development (current parcel #0612-063-8500). <br />2) Deed restrict both proposed R-1 zoned parcels to prohibit further residential development <br />3) Deed restrict both proposed R-1 zoned parcels to prohibit them from being sold separately. <br />
