` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5828 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />Perry <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br />the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include <br />in the RH-1 Rural Homes the following described land: <br />Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Perry, described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of <br />the said Section 6; thence East 132 feet; thence Southeasterly to <br />the centerline of CTH Z along a property line which terminates <br />247.5 feet West of the Southeast corner of the said NE 1/4 SE 1/41 <br />thence Northwesterly along the centerline of CTH Z 1000 feet, more <br />or less to the North line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence East along <br />the 40 line to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />i <br />(ZNRPH .
