` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5872 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />Dunn <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br />the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br />in the RH-3 Rural Homes and RH-4 Rural Homes the following <br />described land: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 14, Town <br />of Dunn described as follows: <br />TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section <br />14; thence North 3384.60 feet along the West Line of said Section <br />14 to a point on the centerline of a town road; thence S 890 18' <br />00" East, 1255.50 feet along said centerline to the point of <br />beginning of this description; thence N 00° 15' 00" East, 213.00 <br />feet; thence S 890 18' 00' East 815 ± feet to a point on the West <br />edge of the Yahara River; thence Southerly along said West edge 900 <br />feet ± to a point on the East-West quarter line of said Section 14; <br />thence N 890 18' 00" West, 939.55 feet along said East-West quarter <br />line; thence N 000 15' 00' East, 692.62 feet to the point of <br />beginning of this description. <br />TO RH-4: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section <br />14; thence North 3384.60 feet along the West line of said Section <br />14 to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing <br />along said West line, North 342.02 feet; thence N 890 00' 00" East, <br />1289.10 feet; thence N 050 56' 00" East, 270.00 feet; thence N 880 <br />09t 00' East, 888.47 feet ± to a point on the West edge of the <br />Yahara River; thence Southerly along said West edge 492 feet ±; <br />thence N 890 18' 00" West, 815.00 feet; thence S 000 15' 00" West, <br />213.00 feet to a point on the centerline of a town road; thence N <br />890 18' 00" West, 1255.60 feet along sai centerline to the point of <br />beginning. <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br />(3) (a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br />area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br />which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br />recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br />of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br />describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br />Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br />cause the rezone to be null and void. <br />PAGE 1 of 2 <br />
