ORDINANCE AMEND AFI' NO. 5266 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />DUNKIRK <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br />Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the R-2 <br />Residential District the following described land: <br />Pet. 85266: <br />Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot #1 of Dane County Certified Survey Map <br />#5115; thence S 84° 29' 03" East, 16.5 feet; thence S 05* 30' 00" West, 310 <br />feet more or less to the North line of Lot #1 of Dane County Certified Survey <br />Map #3655; thence S 89' 42' 28" West along the North line of said Lot #1, 160 <br />feet more or les to the centerline of CIH N; thence Northerly along said <br />centerline, 130 feet more or less to the Southwest comer of the aforesaid Lot <br />#1 of Dane County Certified Survey #5115; thence S 840 29' 03" East along the <br />South line of said lot, 139.47 feet; thence N 05" 30' 00" East along the East <br />line of said lot, 200.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br />certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br />amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br />County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br />recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />
