DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8702 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br />Maps of the Town of Christianabe amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and <br />A-2(8) Agricultural District/s the following described land: <br />PETITION NUMBER: 8702 <br />TO RH-1: <br />Part of Lot 3, Certified Survey Map #9650, being a part of the NW 114 of the SW 114 all <br />in Section 9, Town of Christiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast <br />comer of Lot #4, Certified Survey Map 99650; thence S00°47'14" East, 38.74 feet; thence <br />S89°12'46" West, 98.50 feet; thence N00°47'14" West, 50.61 feet to the South line of said <br />Lot #4, thence S83°55'04" East along said South line 99.21 feet to the point of beginning. <br />TO A-2(8): <br />Part of Lot 94, Certified Survey Map 99650, being a part of the NW 114 of the SW 114, <br />all in Section 9, Town of Christiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest <br />comer of Lot 94, Certified Survey Map #9650; thence S83°55'04" East along the South <br />line of said Lot #4, 115.79 feet; thence N00°47'14" West, 10.86 feet; thence N89°17'50" <br />West, 115.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />ALSO: <br />Part of Lot 4, Certified Survey Map #9650, being a part of the NW 114 SW 114, all in <br />Section 9, Town of Christiana described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer <br />of Lot 94, Certified Survey Map #9650; thence N00°47'14" West, along the East line of <br />said Lot #4, 204.35 to the point of beginning of this description; thence N80°16'22" West <br />along a Northerly line thereof, 149.98 feet to a Northwesterly comer thereof, thence <br />S00°47'14" East, 27.37 feet; thence N89'12'46" East, 147.46 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />CONDITIONAL ZONING <br />Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br />County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br />CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br />The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br />map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br />within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br />land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br />to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies to--, <br />recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />1 <br />The Dane County Board of SuperN isors does ordain that this amendment, basedWueirj,-Vo e <br />consistentwith the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
