ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4332 <br />Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br />RUTLAND <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br />Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the A-2 <br />Agriculture District the following described land: <br />Pet. #4332: <br />Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Rutland described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 19; thence S 850 <br />55' 35" West along the South line of said Section 19, 33.11 feet to the point <br />of beginning on the West line USH 14; thence S 850 55' 35" West along the <br />South line of said Section 19, 1,294.79 feet; thence N 000 01' 15" East, <br />983.30 feet; thence N 850 55' 35" East, 853.68 feet to the Northwesterly most <br />corner of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map 43786; thence S 08' 44' 25' East along <br />the West line of said Lot fl, 402.19 feet to the Southeasterly most corner of <br />said Lot #1; thence N 850 55' 35" East along the South line of said Lot $1, <br />292.89 feet to the Southeasterly most corner of said Lot $1; thence S 080 321 <br />22" East along the West line of USH 14, 581.65 feet to the point of beginning. <br />EFFECTIVE: OCT 19 1988 <br />
