i p <br />ORDER FOR JUDGMENT <br />Upon the foregoing Stipulation of the parties, the records, <br />files and proceedings herein, and the Court being fully advised <br />of the facts of this matter, and upon the joint motion of Charles <br />J. Anderson, attorney for Defendant, Village of DeForest and John <br />C. Mitby of Axley Brynelson, attorney for Plaintiff, Town of <br />Vienna, <br />IT IS ORDERED; <br />1. That the Agreement For Orderly Development Between <br />The Village of DeForest and Town of Vienna, a true and correct <br />copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby approved in its <br />entirety and made the Final Judgment of the Court. <br />2.
