define or limit the scope of the provisions of this <br />Agreement. <br />D. APPLICABLE LAW <br />This Agreement is to be construed according to the laws <br />of the State of Wisconsin. <br />E. AMENDMENTS <br />This Agreement may only be amended by written agreement <br />approvedand executed by each of the respective Boards. <br />XIII. AUTHORITY <br />A. The authority of the officials of the Town to execute <br />this Agreement is evidence by the Resolution of the <br />Town of Vienna adopted on the 29th day of August, 1989, <br />and published in the minutes of the proceedings of the <br />Town Board. <br />B. The authority of the officials of the Town Utility <br />District to execute this Agreement is evidenced by the <br />Resolution of the Town Utility District adopted on the <br />29th day of August, 1989, and published .in the minutes <br />of the proceedings of the Utility Board. <br />C.
