A parcel consisting of part of the Sl� NIV/ and the I�TY2 SVI/4, Section 7 described ' as follows: beginninng at a point on the northwesterly right of way line of the C & NW .alt., which is southwesterly 2884 feet from the intersection of said right of way line with the north line of the said N11h SV7,,, thence N 300 45' 11' 440 feet: thence S 590 15' W 330 feet: thence N 300 45" w 264 feet to the center line of present Highway 18- 151; thence southwesterly along said right of way line to the west section line, thence south along said line to the northwesterly right of way line of the railroad, thence northeasterly along said line to the point of beginning.
