ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 660 <br />Amending 'Section 10.03 (16) Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison <br />'Be Dane CJounty Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />A. That Section 10.03 (16)(j), C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District in <br />the Town of Madison, be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered <br />15 and reading as follows: <br />15. A part of the SWV4 Sun/an Section 34 described as follows: beginning at a point <br />on the west line of the said SWi/4 SWI/4' which is south 375 feet from the south line of <br />the Belt Line; thence south along said west line to the south section line; thence <br />east along said line 925 feet to the west line of a C-2 commercial and Light x1anufae- <br />turing District; thence north along said line to a point which is south 375 feet from <br />the south line of the Belt Line; thence west on a line parallel to the south line of <br />the Belt Line to the point of beginning. <br />B. That Section 10.03 (4)(j), C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District in <br />the Town of Blooming Grove, be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be num- <br />bered 15 and reading as follows: <br />15. A part of the NAI/ SEI/ and the NEy4 SWI/4, Section 15 described as follows: begin- <br />ning at the northeast corner of the said NWY2 s%; thence south along the east line <br />thereof 400 feet: thence west on a line parallel to the quarter section line and dis- <br />tant 400 feet therefrom to its intersection with the northeasterly right of way line <br />of the C & NW R. R.; thence northwesterly along said line to the quarter section line; <br />thence east along said h ne to the point of beginning. <br />B. That Section 10.03 (41,)(m), M-1 Industrial District, be amended by adding thereto <br />a new sunuivision,' to be numoereu 7 and reacting .as follows: <br />7. A part of the NF/4 SEI/4 and the NP/4 SF/4, Section 15 described as follows: begin- <br />ning at a point on the east line of the said SWi/4 s-0/ which is south 400 feet from the <br />northeast corner thereof; thence west on a line parallel to the quarter section line <br />and distant 400 feet therefrom to its intersection with the northeasterly right of way <br />line of the C & NW R.
