That Section 10003 (16) (g), B- 1 Local Business District in the Town of Madison, 6e amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered S8 and reading as fol- lows.. 28. A pa�rcel in the NWi/4 SWI/4, Section 36 described as follows: beginning at the northwest corner of the said NW�/4 SWI/4; thence south along the west section line 693048 feet; thence east 164 feet; thence north 473.48 feet to a point which is south 220 feet from the north line of the said NWi/ SWi/4o thence west 85 feet; thence north 220 feet to the north line of the said NRn/4 SWi/a thence west along said line 99 feet to the point of beginning.
