That Section 10.03 (27)(j), C-1 Cbmmercial and Light Manufacturing District in the Town of 1pringdale, be amended by adding, thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 3 an d reading as follows: 3. A parcel consisting of part of the SKi/4 SO% Section 15 and part of the N4�4 NES/4, Section 22 described as follows: beginning 'at the intersection of the souhherly line i of Highway 18-151 and the wdst line of the said SV/4 SEI/4, Section 15; thence south a- long said west line and the west line of the NW/4 NES% Section 22 to a point which is south 300 feet from the north line of Section 22; thence east 450 feet; thence north to the southerly line of the highway; thence westerly along said line to the point of beginning, Adopted _ Yi i _ _1957 Effective _ _ d_ _ _ _1957 ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 670 Amending Section 10.03 (15) Relating to Districts in the Town of Fitchburg The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: A, That Section 10.03 (15)(k), C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District in the Town of Fitchburg, be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 8 and reading as follows, 8. That part of the S% NW/4, Section 1 lying between the westerly right of way line of Highway 13-14 and the centerline of the old highway. Bo That subdivision I of Section 1003 (15)(a), R-1 Residence District, be amended to read as follows: 1. Tile WY2 NWI/, section 1 except that part of the NNa/4 NW/ lying between Highway 13- 14 and the Rim Rock Road and except that Part of the NW, NWA lying south and west of Highway 13-14, and except also that part of the SWY4 NVA14 lying between the westerly right of way line of Highway 1314 and the centerline of the old highway.
