ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 668 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (16) Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison <br />The Dane County 3oard of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />A. That Section 10,03 (16)(g); 3-1 Local Basiness District in the Town of Madison, <br />be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 29 and reading as fol- <br />lows: <br />29. The east 519 feet of that part of the SEr/ SW% Section li lying southerly of <br />the railroad. <br />B. That subdivision 4 of 'Section 10003 (16)(c), R-3 Residence District, be de- <br />leted. <br />•°1 <br />Adopted _ -� _ _ _1957 Effective _ _ �� _ - 2957 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT W 669 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (16) Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />A. That Section 10.03 (16)(b), R-2 Residence District in the Tom of Madison, be <br />amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 9 and reading as follows: <br />9. A parcel consisting of part of the SIV/4 NW/4 and the NWI/4 SW14', Section 18 desc _^Ad <br />as follows: beginning at a point on the southerly line of Capital Avenue which is <br />southwesterly 587.8 feet from ,.the inter -section of aaid line with the southwesterly <br />line of the '.-,iddleton Road; thence S 180 079 E 134.4 feet; thence S 50 50' W 125 feet; <br />thence S 80 30? W 116.6 feet; thence S 150 57' E 51,4 feet to the northerly line of <br />Norman Way thence southwesterly along said line to the northeasterly line of Old <br />Middleton Road', thence northweitterly along said line to the southeasterly line of <br />Capital Avenue: thence northeasterly along said line to the point of beginning. <br />B. That subdivision 3 of Section 10.03 (1.6)(a), R-1 Residence District, be amended <br />to read as follows: <br />3. Fractional Section 7 and the unpladted portion of the NW1/4, Section 18 and the <br />unplatted portion of that part of the NA#/4 SW1/4, section 18 lying northeasterly of the <br />Old Middleton Road, except that parcel lying in the SY2 NWT, Section 18 zoned B-1 Local <br />Business and described in subdivision 6 of Section 10.03 (16)(9), and except that par- <br />cel lying in the US - Sjection 18 zoned R-4 Residence and described in stbbdivision <br />3 of 6ection 10.03 (16)(d), and except also that parcel lying in the SY2 NW/4 and the <br />,NWY4 SVP/4, Section 18 zoned R-2 Residence and described in subdivision 9 of section <br />10.03 (16) (b). <br />Adopted _ _ _ J� — — _1957 Effective — — — — _2957 <br />
