ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No, 605 Amending Section 10.03 (16) Relating to Districts in the Town of Madison The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: A. That Section 10.03 (16) (k) 9 C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, 1 be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 11 and reading as fol- lows: 11. A part of the NV/ SEY4, Section 34 and the NWi/4 SWi/, Section 35, described as follows: beginning a� the southeast corner of the N91/4SO/4o Section 34; thence S 870 101 W along the nort line of the Beltline 63.8 feet: thence N 480 13' W 5253 feet to thq southeasterly line of the Fish Hatchery Road; thence N 240 02' E along said line -58.4 feet; thence N 870 18' E 1061.35 feet; thence S 40 1'2' E 418.78 feet to the north line of the B61tline; thence S 870 10 W 660 feet to the point of beginning. S. That subdivision 4 of Section 10.03 (16) (e); RH-1 Rural Homes District, be amended to read as follows: 4. That part of the NQ/4 SEi/4H Section 34 lying east of the Fish Hatchery Road except the following described parcel: beginning F*t the southeast corner of the NE% SO/4; thence S 870 101 W along the north line of tie Beltline 63.8 feet; thence N 480 13' W 5253 feet; thence N 240 02 E 58.4 feet; thence N 870 18' E 401.35 feet to the east section line; thence southerly along said line to the point df beginning. C. That subdivision 6 of Section 10.03 (16) (e), RH-1 Rural Hames District, be a- mended to read as follows: 6.
