ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 606 Amending Section 10.03 (7) Relating to Districts in the Town of Burke. The Dane County Rgard of Supervisors, does ordain as follows: A. That Section 10.03 (7) (b), R-2 Residence District in the Town of Burke, be a- mended by adding thereto two new subdivisions, to be numbered 3 and 4 and reading as follows, 3. Plat of Norman' Acres. --- 4. A part of the SO/4, Section 28 described as follows: commencing at the northwest------ eprnex of the NVA14 SEi/4n thence S 00 29' 'W 1132.4 feet; thence S 890 29' E 127.5 feet; theme N 460 56' E 118.7 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 460 56' E along the southeasterly line of Dwight Drive 167 feet; thence S 430 04' E 120 feet; thence S 460 56' W 167 feet; thence N 430 04' W 120 feet to the point of be- ginning; also, beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of Dwight Drive which is N 460 56' E 334 feet from the point of beginning of the previous description; thence continue N 460 56' E along the southeasterly line of Dwight Drive 733.5 feet; thence S 430 04' E 140 feet; thence southwesterly, parallel to the southeasterly line of Dwight Drive 733.5 feet; thence N 430 04' W 140 feet to the point of beginning; the two foregoing dexcriptions iptended to comprise Lots 1 to 11, inclusive of the proposed First Addition to Norman Acres."
