ZONING ORDINANCE AMENWENT No. 607 Amending Section 10.03 (1) Relating to Districts in the Town of Albion. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: - A. That section 10.03 (1), Districts in the Town of Albion, be amended by adding thereto the following: (k) C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing D i s t r i c t 1. A part of the SWI/ SE%, section 34 described'as follows: beginning at a point L - which is south 99 feet from the north line of the said SWY4 SEI/4 and west 189.16 feet from the west line of Highway 51; thence west 250 feet; thence south 198 feet; thence north 198 feet to the point of beginning. B. That subdivision 5 of section 10.03 (1)(9), D-1 Local Business District, be amended to read as follows: 5. A part of the SWI/ SETA, Section 34 described as follows: beginning at a point on the westerly right of way line of Highway 51 which is south 99 -feet from the north Line of the said SWI/4 SEP/a; thence south along said westerly line 198 feet; thence west 180.16 feet; thence north 198 feet; thence east 180.16 feet to the point of beginning.
