ZONING ORDINANCE AIENDHENT No. 803 <br />Artending Section 10003 (19) Relating to Districts in the Town of Middleton <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That Section 1003 (19) (m), M-1 Industrial District, be amended by adding thereto <br />a new subdivision, to be numbered 2 and reading as follows: <br />20 That part of the NW/4'SWI/4, Section 10 lying south of the railroad and east of <br />Pleasant View Road; also the north 300 feet of the SOj4 S6tn/49 Section 10, except that <br />part thereof lying westerly of Pleasant View Road. <br />Adopted _ FEB 9 8 _ _ _ i960 Effective _ MAR 3' _ _ 2960 <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AWNDMENT No. 804 <br />Amending Section 1003 (7) Relating to Districts in the Town of Burke <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That Section 1003 (7) Q)-, C--1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be <br />amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 13 and reading as fol- <br />lows: <br />13. A Part of the N�NWI/4 Section, 23 described as follows- beginning at a point <br />on the south line of the said Nn/ N.1"iy which is west 627 feet from the southeast cor•- <br />ner thereof; thence N 330 W 1312.1 feet to the center line of Fighway 151, thence <br />sruthaesterly along said center line 447 5 feet; thence S 480 E 1175.5 feet to the <br />south line of the said Nl'z NW%; thence east along said south line 111.3 feet to the <br />poin u- of beginning. <br />Adopted _ 960 Effective _ _ 19610 <br />
