That Section 10.03 (19) (j), C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, 4 <br />be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, to be nuabered 11 and reading as 5 <br />follows: <br />11. A part of Outlot 1, Assessor's Plat No. 1 described as follows: commencing at 1 <br />the southwest cornef of the SWI/4, Section 12, Twn of Middleton; thence northerly a- 2 <br />long tale west section line 1257; eet; thence S 890 38' E 173.6 feet; thence S 480 32' 0 <br />E 298.84 feet to the point of .beginning of this description; thence S 410 28' W 259.1 0 <br />feet; thence N 890 13' E 255.74 feet to the southwesterly line of the Middleton Raad; 0 <br />thence 'N 480 32' W 250 feet to'the point of beginning; except that part thereof lying 0 <br />within the Village of Middleton. <br />B. That subdivision 2 of Section 10.03 (19) (g), B-1 Local Business District, be 3 <br />deleted. <br />
