ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 1031 <br />Amending Secti an 10.03 (14) Relating to Districts in the Town of Dunn <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />A. That Section 10.03 (14)(d), R-4'Residence District, be amended by adding thereto a new subdivision, <br />to be numbered 3 and reading as follows: <br />3. Lot 36, Rock Elm Park Extension and the unplattedportion of the NW% SE%, Section 26 lying between <br />said lot and Highway 51, and between the southwesterly extension of the side lines of said lot; also Lot 38, <br />Rock Elm Park Extension and the unplattedportion of the NW1/ SE1/, Section 26 lying between said lot and <br />Highway 51 and between the southwesterly extension of the side lines of said lot. <br />B. That subdivision 15 of Section 10.03 (14)(c), R-3 Residence District, be amended to read as follows: <br />15. Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, and Lots 6 to 18, inclusive, Rock Elm Park; Rock Elm Park Extension and <br />the unplatted portion of that part of the SE%, Section 26 lying between Highway 51 and the lake shore except <br />the parcels described in subdivisions 13 and 14 of Section 10.03 (14)(g), B-1 Local Business District, <br />subdivision 10 of Section 10.03 (14)(f), RE -1 Recreational District, and subdivision 3 of Section 10.03 (14) <br />(d), R-4 Residence District. <br />ADOPTED <br />CCT 15 <br />1964 EFFECTIVE -- —NN -6--1964 <br />t$ t tttt t $f t t t t t ft t t <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 1032 <br />Amending Section 10.03 (15) Relating to Districts in the Town of Fitchburg <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br />That Section 10.03 (15)(k), C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be amended by adding <br />thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 19 and reading as follows: <br />19. A part of the N%2 NW1/ NE%, Section 2 described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection <br />of the easterly right of way line of Syene Road and the north section line, thence east along said north <br />line to a point which is west 593.9 feet from the west right of way line of the railroad. thence south 445 3 <br />feet; thence east 100 feet; thence south 295 22 feet; thence west on a line parallel to the north section <br />line to a point which is east 400 feet from theeasterly line of Syene Road- thence north 307 22 feet, <br />thence west 400 feet to the easterly line of Syene Road, thence northerly along said line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />ADOPTED <br />OCT 15 <br />1964 <br />EFFECTIVE t,f 1964 <br />
