ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT No. 1033 <br />.Amending Section 10.03 (29) Relating to Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie <br />The Dane County Board of Supervisors doe ordain as follows: <br />That Section 10.03 (29)(k), C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, be amended by adding <br />thereto a new subdivision, to be numbered 4 -and reading as follows: <br />4. That part of the SWi/ SW%, Section 32 lying between County Trunk T T and Highway 1-94; also <br />that part of the SE% SWY4, Section 32 lying between County Trunk TT and Highway 1-94 except the <br />following described parcel: beginning at a point on the southerly right of way line of County Trunk TT <br />which is westerly 905.2 feet from the east line sof the said SEi/ SWC, measured along said right of <br />way line; thence south 146 feet; thence west 264.6 feet, thence north 171 feet to the southerly right of <br />way line of County Trunk TT; thence easterly along said right of way line 213.8 feet; thence southerly <br />along said right of way line 20 feet: thence easterly along said right of way line 50.8 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />NOV <br />ADOPTED OCT�� I E1964 EFFECTIVE964 <br />
